Excellent rendering on the metal. I also like the way you made the lighting cast light on the rest of the painting, but you made the light on her right leg come from the side when the lighting is in front of the leg. Same problem with the rocks on the right. The rocks are behind the lighting, so the light should be coming from in front of them.
Breasts don't just sit on the front of the chest, they wrap around slightly into the armpit. A good trick is to make the outer edge of the breast follow the bottom edge of the pectorals (chest muscles) and have the top of the breast end at around halfway up the pectorals. This can be adjusted to suit style. But here it looks like very large breasts shrunk together and now they're in the wrong place.
Her face looks like it's in front view while her head is in three-quarters. If her left ear was closer to us, or if her right ear was further, her head and face would line up better.
